Cancellations and Reschedulings of Annual Conferences and Meetings due to the COVID-19 Pandemic

The Following Episcopal Districts have reported either cancellations or rescheduling of various meetings due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Contact the Episcopal District offices for more information.

First Episcopal District: Delaware, New Jersey, New England, New York, Western New York, and Philadelphia Annual Conferences rescheduled.

Second Episcopal District: Baltimore, Washington, and Virginia Annual Conferences postponed

Third Episcopal District: Midyear Convocation rescheduled to May 21-23.

Fourth Episcopal District: Spiritual Transformation Convocation canceled.

Sixth Episcopal District: Delegation Meeting scheduled for March 21 has been postponed and rescheduled to May 2 at St. Paul, Macon. The Georgia Conference will be postponed and tentatively rescheduled for May 7-8. The Augusta Conference will be postponed and tentatively rescheduled for May 13-14.

Sixteenth Episcopal District: Europe, Virgin Islands, and Jamaica Annual Conferences are canceled.

The Connectional YPD Leadership Training Institute has been postponed.
